Data Entry Clerk

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate Degree
  • Data entry experience required
  • Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and ERP software with speed and accuracy

Powder Coating Technician

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Good solid work record showing reliability

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Able to withstand high temperatures during summer months

Job Duties:

Supporting ALL aspects of a very busy productive powder coating facility. Including but not limited to:

  • Powder application
  • Loading and unloading product on a moving track system
  • Prep-work prior to application
  • Packaging of finished product
  • Product assembly
  • Maintaining the highest level of quality standards

Welder

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Trade School Degree

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be able to MIG/TIG weld with different materials and different positions
  • Ability to set his/her own welding machine
  • Being able to read blueprints is highly beneficial
  • Capable of using basic trade tools is a must

Forklift Driver

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least one year experience with forklift operation
  • High school diploma or GED

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with material handling in manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be organized, punctual and reliable

Truck Driver

Industrial Liquid Painter

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience required

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in liquid painting
  • Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail with painting
  • Must have a verifiable resume with painting references

job duties:

  • Prep, masking, surface preparation and paint application
  • Facility and equipment maintenance to ensure cleanliness & safety in our paint rooms and equipment
  • Analytically skilled in testing paint for proper viscosity
  • Ability to apply correct paint millage to metal surfaces

Robotic Welder Operator

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Robot Programming: 2 years
  • Robot Welding: 2 years

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Operate manual and/or robotic welding equipment
  • Safely apply welds per specifications to produce completed product
  • Produce assemblies of metal work pieces to quality and efficiency standards, including repetitive lifting and placing metal work pieces and sheets into fixtures
  • Measure dimensions of work pieces to ensure conformance using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, templates, rulers, etc.
  • Skilled in reading prints
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks

job duties:

  • Perform operator maintenance per established schedules
  • Safely complete finishing functions such as grinding, sanding, etc.
  • Perform quality checks as prescribed and report issues to lead and/or supervisor
  • Modify computer-controlled robot movements
  • Perform preventative or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components
  • Set-up and troubleshoot robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor or feedback systems

Customer Service Rep / Order Entry

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • Associate Degree
  • 1 year experience in customer service

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbally
  • ability to multi-task several jobs at once
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry
  • Computer experience (ERP system preferred)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing job needs
  • Background in customer service preferred
