In 2016, TMCO partnered with an organic weed control agricultural equipment manufacturer to design and produce for a new and emerging market segment. This endeavor aimed to revolutionize agricultural practices by offering chemical-free weed control solutions, thereby promoting healthier food production globally. The primary objective of the project was to develop and implement the production of innovative flaming implements for organic weed control in agriculture. These implements would offer farmers an effective alternative to chemical herbicides, aligning with the growing demand for sustainable farming practices.
We did a comprehensive review of existing equipment and tooling to fabricate and assemble the flaming implements. Our engineers and team designed processes and selected the appropriate materials to ensure durability and efficiency.
As a new company entering the agricultural equipment market, our expertise was instrumental in fabricating and assembling the product line. By providing guidance on design for manufacturing and engineering documentation, we empowered the client to navigate the complexities of product development effectively.
By facilitating the production of chemical-free weed control solutions, we promoted sustainable farming practices. This, in turn, fosters the production of healthier, environmentally friendly food, ultimately benefiting communities worldwide.
