Manufacture industrial chemical tank stands for onsite usage. The stands vary in sizes, and there are multiple designs for material alloy choices.
TMCO reviewed this customer’s supplied prints and provided feedback or alterations based on our current capabilities. Once approved, we set-up parts internally to provide an accurate quote. This process included department review to develop production times and current material pricing, as well as to design fixtures and tooling needed for this project.
After the stands were developed and a pricing quote was accepted, we immediately developed fixturing that would be required for production. In the meantime, material was ordered so we could start cutting and developing stands to print. This process included cutting tubes to length, forming to the needed dimensions, and welding to the final structure. The last step was to powder the stands to the required paint spec, then either deliver locally or ship to the needed destination.
While this is an ongoing project, the customer continues to trust the processes we developed with them, and we’ve become a long-time supplier.
We are in constant communication with customer in regard to pricing for both new and existing products, and we continually shop the material market to ensure we are giving the best competitive pricing.
