Energy Case Study

Solutions for Energy Storage

The Objective

Build a new style container for natural gas storage.

The Scope

This company operates one of the world’s most advanced facilities for designing, testing, and manufacturing composite Type 4 pressure vessels. In 2022, they asked TMCO to evaluate the design of a new style of containers and to help provide design feedback about the manufacturability of this design.

Client Impact

TMCO was able to manufacture the new style container that ultimately holds more gas while maintaining a smaller footprint.
