Diane Temme Stinton assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer at TMCO in 2015, before succeeding founder Roland Temme as CEO in 2020. Under Diane’s guidance, TMCO was honored as Nebraska’s “Manufacturer of the Year” by the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a testament to her strategic vision and dedication to industry advocacy. Diane’s leadership has brought about numerous employee well-being initiatives, further supporting TMCO families. As TMCO expands its horizons, Diane remains committed to positioning the company for continued success and growth.
